Setting Up Your Voice-Mail

Record Your Greeting

1) Press your Voice-Mail Key. (Enter password as requested)

     Note: Your default password is your Extension number + 0. For example, the password for  x2199 would be 21990.

2) Dial “8" to “set greeting or password.” 

3) Press “1" to “edit your greeting” 

4) Press “7" to “record a new greeting.”

5) Press # to save your greeting.

Change Your Password

1) Press you Voice-Mail Key. (Enter password if requested)

2) Dial “8" to “set greeting or password.”

3) Press “2" to “edit password”.

4) Enter your new password, then press # when finished.

Note: When you log into voice-mail, you'll still have to put in your extension number followed by the number you just entered.  For example, if extension 2199 just used the above instructions to change their password to 1234, when they log back into their voice-mail they'll have to enter 21991234.
